overall nice and spacious apartments with amazing lighting, courtyard to store bike too.

it’s an old building, so winter can get dry and hot

We loved this building! Quiet and respectful neighborhood.

Pros:
Short walk from 125th station, Riverside Park and Sakura Park. Building staff were friendly and helpful. The building was always clean. Water pressure was great. I always felt safe.
Cons:
Heating during winter was excessive. The building is in the middle of a significant slope.
Advice to owner:
Continue the great work. Be considerable to central heating levels.
