Building Conditions are Heinous

Pros:
Size of apartment
Cons:
Elevator is unsafe and many residents have gotten stuck . Pests are out of control .. Our live in super doesn’t actually live here and the smell from not cleaning makes my stomach turn .. Black mold permeates all the walls of the units .. The ceilings are paper thin and crumbling. The extensive water damage has made the floors weak .
