AWFUL HUMANS

Pros

Location and apartment layout. Neighbors are great.

Cons

Awful management company. They follow through with nothing and are liars. The cooking gas has been off for almost 2 years! And they have continued to allow people to move into the building without informing them.

Advice to the owners

Sell the building and allow someone who cares to buy it and run it properly.
