Great Neighborhood, Needs Upgrades

Pros:
Nice big apartments, beautiful views onto Riverside, responsive super.
Cons:
Bug problems, the elevator goes out more often than I would like, packages get taken (especially during the holidays), the stairs are somewhat suspect...
Advice to owner:
Get an area in the lobby where packages can go and be safe! Update the stairs, the treads are very worn...
