    Good package room, sizable bedrooms
    Cons:
    Pest control impossible to get unless you’re free all day Saturday, super unresponsive management to issues

    Hire more people to manage your buildings

    Liveable but not ideal.

    It’s clean, no problem with roaches, the super doesdo as he promises.
    Cons:
    There’s a slight rodent problem. I’m a very clean person and I saw a mouse in my kitchen.
