    The landlord is fine

    Pros:
    The landlord follows the law, no more no less. Property manager is pretty responsive when there's issues. Good water pressure and the hot water is really hot.
    Cons:
    The landlord will raise the rent to the maximal allowed. (Building is covered by good cause eviction bill)
    The washer/dryers SUCK. They make my clothes dirtier.
    Advice to owner:
    Get new washer/dryers
