Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on openigloo.
Recent reviews for 93 Arden Street highlight mixed feedback. Positive aspects include friendly neighbors and a quiet environment. However, issues with pests, poor management responses, and maintenance concerns like elevatoroutages have been raised. Rent-stabilized units are appreciated for affordability, but the lack of amenities like dishwashers disappoint some residents. Suggestions include improving pest control and elevator maintenance. While some approve of the owner, others call for better tenant treatment. Overall, the building's attractiveness is marred by management shortcomings and maintenance issues, affecting residents' willingness to recommend staying there.
