Pros and cons abound
Former Tenant
Pros:
Rent is reasonable, mgmt willing to work with you for the most part. Great location, central to a bunch of buses and trains, parks, restaurants you name it
Cons:
This building is infested with pests. Mostly roaches and mice. It’s so gross. Every month multiple apartments sign up to get services by the exterminator. But still even with treatments roaches are everywhere
