Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on openigloo.
Recent reviews of 84 Post Avenue highlight spacious apartments and timely repair responses as positive aspects. However, many renters express concerns about inadequate cleanliness, poor garbage management, and persistent pest issues. Heating systems are mixed, with some reporting good performance while others experience deficiencies. Noise levels vary, with some tenants noting disruptive neighbors and drug activity in common areas, affecting safety perceptions. Management responsiveness receives criticism for delays and lack of effective communication. Suggestions include improved pest control, enhanced security to prevent drug-related loitering, and better maintenance of shared amenities like laundry facilities and hallways to create a safer, more comfortable living environment.
