Building Manager is horrible and lazy

THE UNITS ARE SPACIOUS

NOISY TENTANTS, PLAY MUSIC TOO LOUD, TOO LATE.
Advice to owner:
GET A NEW BUIDLING MANAGER, ONE WHO ACTUALLY WORKS.
