Building Manager is horrible and lazy

THE UNITS ARE SPACIOUS
Cons:
NOISY TENTANTS, PLAY MUSIC TOO LOUD, TOO LATE.
Advice to owner:
GET A NEW BUIDLING MANAGER, ONE WHO ACTUALLY WORKS.

Some Neighbors are very disrespectful. Very loud music till 3am. You will hear everything inside the apartment
