Super was fine, management typical with dragging their feet

Pros:
The super was quite nice, although not always the most responsive. I had good neighbors and the common areas like the hallways and the elevator were clean
Cons:
When we had major problems that went beyond what the super could do, it would take multiple weeks of emails and calls to get remedies.

Some neighbors are a little loud depending on the floor. Also, even though maintenance tends to be on top of everything, he’s kind of slow responding to requests.
