Not even a little. They used the same spray for any insect and you'll see 0 results. If you try to get an outside company in they'll block it even if the owner approves. Seemed to be a bigger issue that they didn't want to have to address in the building.

Floors above 9 are newer & nicer
Condos - landlords tend to care more & invest in their property
Neighborhood is quiet & safe
9-12 min walk from nearly all trains & path

Cons:

Lower floors are crowded & not as nice
Condo owners are inconsistent
BPC is boring, not alot nearby
Spend too much time in FiDi, where more things are
Patios under construction for 2+ years
