East Village Condop Building

Pros:
Good location, laundry on-site, near all subway lines.
Cons:
Management and super aren't very responsive. Hallway needs updating. Building has 24 hour security, they aren't doorman.

Roof was closed for the entire year I was there
Some Laundry machines didn’t work
Too much heat sometimes

Love this building and location!

Location, Boutique, hidden basketball hoop, cute roof
Cons:
Noisy, some apts are old since it’s condo, Heat is managed by building not apartments
Advice to owner:
Add a gym and a bbq on the roof
