Great apt but loud depending on where your apt is

Door staff, apartments have relatively modern applicances

It is very loud. You can easily hear traffic

Great apt just very noisy

Really like the people who work in the building and the location is great
Cons:
Too close to the bridge and 2nd Avenue so noisy level is bad though out the day , even into night.
