beautiful view of central park, responsive maintenance and kind super. expected issues with plumbing, staged renovations of common areas and exteriors, etc.
Cons:
paper thin walls -- you will hear every sneeze. condo board does not allow tenants to own pets (a prior neighbor was evicted when they adopted a dog).

Very convenient location. There is a playground in the backyard which is very nice for family with kids. Good security, feel very safe in this area
Cons:
If the apartment facing the street side, it may be noisy in the morning with the Garbage truck
