Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on openigloo.
Recent reviews for 150 West 56 Street emphasize its cleanliness, quiet environment, and well-maintained apartments with strong pest control. Tenants consistently praise the polite, responsive staff, particularly the doormen and maintenance team, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere. The building offers great apartment size and impressive views, though some note occasional freezing pipes in winter and less-than-ideal water pressure. Despite its central Midtown location, a few find the neighborhood less appealing and construction nearby occasionally disruptive. Overall, the building stands out for excellent management and upkeep, making it a preferred choice for renters seeking comfort and attentive service in Manhattan.
