Building Report
Review Summary for 35 Crosby
Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on openigloo.
Recent tenant reviews for 35 Crosby highlight the prime location and amenities as major advantages. However, concerns about unresponsive management and small living spaces are noted. Some residents faced issues like noise disturbances and lack of airflow. Suggestions include better communication and faster response to requests. While the neighborhood and water pressure are praised, the management's lack of timely responses and the compact rooms are areas that need improvement. Despite mixed feedback, the general sentiment leans towards recommending this building for its location and amenities, albeit with room for enhancement in certain aspects.
