Pros:
Beautiful building, definitely a really nice place to stay (both neighborhood and apartment), definitely a gem that's hard to secure. The super is really nice and does a great job.
Cons:
Old, floors are crooked, roaches (not terrible though), owners won't respond half the time but still are nice people, you don't control the heat, expensive
