Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on openigloo.
Recent reviews for 202 Thompson Street in Manhattan reveal a mixed but insightful picture for renters. Many appreciate the responsive management and good landlord communication, with neighbors generally described as friendly. The building benefits from solid water pressure and decent pest control. However, noise levels and cleanliness of common areas are recurring concerns, with some tenants reporting garbage odors, persistent pest issues, and a lack of maintenance leading to discomfort. Heating and garbage management receive varying feedback, and some reviews highlight problems with building upkeep and management responsiveness. Prospective renters should weigh the convenient location and community feel against noise and maintenance challenges.
