Affordable. Elevator. Trash rooms. Door man.
Cons:
Mice. Weird crowd always hanging around in lobby and near entrance. Not much natural light.

Cons:
Old building, heat issue, noise issue all the time, bad management. This building use as traveler inn so expecting different people at all time coming in and out smoking outside the building.
