Great Building until the Electricity Bill During Winter

Pros:
doorman and porters are amazing, nice amenities, spacious layout
Cons:
water turns yellow at times, bathrooms outdated, the apt building bills you for electricity and cons you during the winter. Our 1 bedroom with flex wall ended up with a $550-$750 electricity bill each month during winter. They bill the electricity back to you so essentially are able to charge you whatever they want at whatever rate.

Huge apartments with great layouts, lots of natural light, a spacious roof, and nice gym
Cons:
The street noise travels even if you are on a high floor
