Nice location but could see the entire apartment from the street
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great location, felt safe, and when I could get a hold of him the super was helpful
Cons:
Large windows on a busy street, I had to keep them closed most of the time. Management was hard to get a hold of at times.
Advice to owner:
Clean basement

Sweet nyc apt building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Small building, maintenance staff is amazing!
Cons:
A bit older & you don’t get much light depending on which apartment you have. The backside gets less light but is very quiet.
