Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on openigloo.
Recent reviews for 1370 St Nicholas Avenue highlight a mix of positives and challenges. Tenants appreciate well-heated, newly renovated apartments with strong water pressure, good repair staff, and amenities like in-building laundry and balconies. Some find the pricing reasonable, especially with utilities included. However, recurring issues include inconsistent cleanliness, poor garbage management, and security concerns due to unsecured entrances and package thefts. Noise complaints are frequent, with disruptive neighbors and street noise affecting comfort. Pest problems such as rodents and roaches have been noted. While some residents approve of owner responsiveness, others urge improvements in maintenance, security, and tenant enforcement to enhance living conditions.
