    Pros:
    - the repair team does a good job
    - the apartment is clean, I haven't seen any pests
    - its just a good apartment
    Cons:
    - sometimes you have to argue a little to get maintenance to take you seriously
    - recycling system is poor
    - security system not super strong, anyone can come in and packages are stolen

    Complicated Process for Moving in

    Pros:
    balcony with great views, decent prices with utilities included
    Cons:
    broker fees, no appliances like dishwasher, curtains, AC in unit, has to purchase everything my own. requires bank certified checks for move in, everything must be in person.
    Advice to owner:
    more responsive to tenant and provide more appliances.
