    Pros:
    Seriously, absolutely nothing.
    Cons:
    No hot water, mice, super is non-existent, trash everywhere, and druggies from clinic up the block shoot up in the building. They never answered requests for basic repairs.
    Advice to owner:
    Hire all new people and actually care for your tenants.
