A virtual doorman, current super
Cons:
Non-responsive management, especially unreachable by phone, constantly revolving staff and contacts not up-to-date, pests in the walls and mice/cockroaches in the units, frequently no hot water/heat due to freaking old boiler, no access to building by key (only virtual doorman), and understaffed garbage maintenance.
Advice to owner:
If any one of the cons listed could be resolved, that would be awesome.

Cons:
Heat and hot water would go out. Building dis not have gas for cooking a long time.
Advice to owner:
Be more responsive to service requests. Fix the boiler.
