Impersonal but satisfactory

Pros:
- Clean and well maintained (both the building and the wider living community)
- Elevator in building
- Access to nature, lawns, outdoor recreation areas, etc.
- Beautiful view of the East River
- Rent stabilized
Cons:
- FDR Highway noise
- Elevators frequently out of order
- Flex wall = little to no light in common spaces

Good management, clean common spaces

Responsive management, well cleaned common spaces
Cons:
The scaffolding really made the experience much worse, and we were not given notice that there would be scaffolding going up.
Advice to owner:
Notify tenants of scaffolding plans before leases are signed.
