    Pros:
    Super/handyman does the job well and its generally well-maintained.
    Cons:
    Package theft is an issue. Security does very little.
    Floors/ceilings are thin, doors slamming -- noise can be an issue if you have inconsiderate neighbors.
    The last couple of years there's been more rodent sightings in the garbage area. Neighbors are not good about garbage disposal.
