Management doesn't care

Pros:
This building looks gorgeous - finishes are super nice. The people are also spectacular. From doormen to porters, it's an unbelievable group, that's until you get to management.
Cons:
The building did not report bed bug history from our unit. When we got our lease renewal they did not include the disclosure in the paperwork.

Additionally, there have been MAJOR roach issues as of recent and they are doing an extremely poor job of managing this. There are units that see bugs daily even with exterminators coming every week. They claim it's not a building issue and won't find a true solution yet continue to increase rent and mandatory amenity fees.
Advice to owner:
Stop hosting random sip and paint nights and spend the money on fixing real quality of living issues.

Paper thin walls and floors, the worst elevators in all of manhattan, the property manager is lazy and a liar, overpriced when you realize all the corners cut during renovations, pest problems, you are charged $25 per day if you don’t collect your packages with 3 days,
