Great part of the UWS, lots of natural light.
My unit should not have been marketed as a 2-bed. 1 person could comfortably live there at best. Fire alarm constantly went off when we were cooking. No privacy in my bedroom. The super was useless and our sink would constantly back up and despite reporting it several times he never fix it. No laundry in building.
Get a competent super.
