Good year in EV

Pros:
Great location, very responsive management. Whenever there were any issues, they were resolved quickly.
Cons:
Having the below the window AC units caused a lot of noise to come in. With the AC units on it can dull out the noise but in the winter even if covered you hear everything below on the street/sidewalk. Also wish that kitchen/bathroom was more updated for the price, but not the end of the world.

-Garbage taken out every single night

Nice building with elevator

Elevator sometimes taken up by garbage people and ended up out of service maybe 10% of the time
