Nightmare Slum Lord
Former Tenant
Pros:
Really great finishes in my unit. Dark wood floors, new stone counters and a super updated bathroom
Cons:
Absolutely terrible slumlord management. Had to call 911 multiple times because bldg front door wouldn’t open. Went without heat for months. Rats in the trash room and could hear them in the walls
Advice to owner:
Sell and let someone else manage this bldg

I would never rent from this company again!
Former Tenant
Pros:
Fairly new, didn’t see any mice.
Cons:
Management was awful. Never responded. Never provided a contact for the super (if there was one).
