I wish I could afford to keep living here

Gym/pool is great, units are very spacious, management is very responsive
Cons:
Price increases are tough, but still seems to be great value based on market

Amazing Safe Building

Pros:
Doormen were great! Responsive management. Super fast maintenance.
Cons:
A slight bug issue but nothing out of the ordinary. Elevators can be busy because big building.
Advice to owner:
Make sure trash system is not causing there to be more bugs.
