Some good, some bad - overall would recommend

Pros:
Friendly neighbors, nice doormen
Cons:
Elevators take forever compare to other buildings this size. Constantly breaking. Some of the more renovated apartments are a bit overpriced for what you can get at the same rate in nearby buildings. The older units are generally fairly priced.
Advice to owner:
30% rent increases to match buildings in the area only make sense when the quality of the building and apartments are the same.
