Better Off somewhere else

Pros:
It’s convenient and close to nice places.
It has a decent package system
Friendly front desks (besides the short dude)
Cons:
Pretty much everything else
Appliances break and poor responsiveness from management
Constantly smells like pee; they do nothing to curb any of the smell besides spraying water on the building
The front desk man who is on the shorter side has a terrible attitude and constantly exhibits this attitude with residents
The internet connection is spotty
Advice to owner:
Support residents more!

Have lived here five years doorman are wonderful and very clean and safe!
Cons:
It is rent stabilized so some floors can be a bit more nosey - no issues ever on the 6th
