    nice units, nice amenities, nice doormen
    Cons:
    outdoor space is nice in theory but so loud being under the manhattan bridge, the management company doesn't do anything do anything if you email them any concerns

    We really enjoyed our time there
    Cons:
    Lot of dust in the apartment, maybe normal for a new building?
    Need to walk at least 3 blocks to get to a good neighborhood
