    Great staff, very responsive and helpful

    The owner seems to be de-investing, no more 24/7 doorman

    Clean, great layouts, lovely roof deck and gym, package room was efficient and really liked the doormen.
    Cons:
    The neighborhood went downhill fast after covid.
