Tenants appreciate the building's proximity to public transit and Yankee Stadium, and the neighborhood's relatively safe, community feel. Some praise owner responsiveness and pest control. However, many report issues with cleanliness, garbage management, heating reliability—especially in winter—and outdated appliances. Water pressure and noise levels receive mixed feedback, with some finding water pressure adequate while others note hot water shortages. Concerns include lingering maintenance issues and occasional disruptive tenants. While some recommend the building for its location, others urge management to improve heating, cleanliness, and tenant support for a better living experience.

Close to train. Relatively safe. Neighbourhood feel away from a lot of tourist noise Walking Distance from Yankee stadium

Cons

New management and rent increase with it that tried to raise it to market price. Water pressure is fine but hot water does not last long. Very outdated appliances
