Former Tenant
Pros:
It was fairly clean. Quiet in the building, but the neighborhood is noisy. The bedrooms are huge, living room huge. There is no real pest problem, I’ve only seen one mouse during my time here.
Cons:
The super is non responsive. There’s no clear individual to contact when something goes wrong other than the super. It’s really old - old elevator, we have an old buzzer system that is literally bell that dings in the house, but you always have to go outside to let people in, there is no buzzing people in.
Advice to owner:
It would be nice to have someone willing to help. It’s hard to contact the office, you only get an automated system rather than a live person.
