    Ummm. There’s literally none
    Cons:
    neighbors smoking
    roaches
    Rats
    Doesn’t turn on heat unless it’s like -10 degrees
    Landlord doesn’t pick up the phone unless it’s about rent
    Advice to owner:
    do better tbh
