Do not move to this dump

Pros:
Nothing really the floors are sunk in supper and building manager refused to change the floor paint job horrible I had to exterminate myself only good thing is the D train is right outside and how close the supper market is and laundry mat other then that a dump
Cons:
The water is disgusting it’s white extremely nosy when the heat comes on the the neighbors have there own cameras and harasses you lady on 1 floor is disgusting and loud and will make your stay here a living hell management knows as well as the supper and do nothing about it
Advice to owner:
Fix these apartments kids are moving in led and mold are present in these apartments and pest do better make tenets take down personal cameras and do something about that nasty old lady that literally stands in front of her door screaming and threatening all your tenant do better

Pros:
When I lived there management was great. Very nice guy who kept the building cleaned. Since I left a new elevator has replaced with something from this century.
Cons:
Certain apartment floors are not leveled are sinking in.
Advice to owner:
Paint the building. Modernize all interior walls in apartment. Refurbish all apartments.
