Management doesnt fix anything Doesnt answer the phone Loses rent often

Pros:
It’s a Decent neighborhood Close to transportation Porter works hard to keep the building clean
Cons:
Elevator breaks down a lot old building Some tenants are unsanitary they leave garbage in hallway instead of taking it out
Advice to owner:
Get back to tenants in a timely matter. Do better with repairs Rent is too high

Pros:
The porter works diligently to keep the building clean.
Cons:
Elevator malfunctions on a regular. Owners do not do proper repairs. They do put bandages on issues that come back to haunt you later. Some undesirable people have moved in the building. We now have people smoking marijuana and drinking in the hallway. Garage being left in hallway.
Advice to owner:
Properly screen renters and it’s family composition.
