Big spacious apartments

Clean, only, sometimes
Cons:
Noisy neighbor loud music day and night, a lot of strangers in and out, fighting and screaming , bad behaviors issue, building always smells like pot ,cigarettes
Advice to owner:
Listen to tenants that take the time to complain, must train staff that take call very unprofessional

Pros:
Across the street from Pelham Bay Park
Cons:
It’s old, been here for 10 years and there no way the management company will remodel my kitchen or bathroom which needs massive work. Repairs are always half assed cause they only depend on the super (who is awesome) but can only do so much. I’ve asked repeatly for simple stuff and it just never gets done so I’ve given up.
Advice to owner:
Hire a competent staff, fix the heating system and sell.

Pros:
The building is pretty nice except wen u need repairs and heat during the winter.
Cons:
Too much pot smoking the hallway stinks, roaches every where. Basement discusting roaches riding on elevator
Advice to owner:
Fix windows, intercoms, clean basement and get rid of roaches, pot smell in hallways , clean up elevator,open hallway windows to let in fresh air, ask tenants to put on mask especially in small laundry area.
