    Decent Building Horrible Management
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Clean, Plenty of Heat and Hot water
    Cons:
    Management is Horrible, Building front door breaks often, water pressure is hit and miss. You have to mail a physical rent check by management supplied envelopes. No one communicates between management so you can discuss something with one individual and the other won't know what is going on.
    Advice to owner:
    Answer Calls and Text messages. Update payment portal.
