Old Drafty Building

Pros:
Located in a nice neighborhood.
Cons:
Drafty windows, very little heat during winter season, old plumbing making it difficult to get 'warm' water.
Advice to owner:
Provide better heating to the tenants. You put on very little and for a short time. Upgrade windows which are not well-insulated to keep the heat in.
