    Slum LoRD… no interest in the overall maintenance of the property

    The neighborhood..and community
    Cons:
    Lack of maintenance.. cleanliness.. no landscaping… short staffed… no security.. cameras do not work.. .. no progress on Favade work… sewage smell…
    Advice to owner:
    Sell the building…
