Good building, lots of loitering

Pros:
New management definitely cares about the appearance of the building, throwing out the trash and maintaining garbage rooms.
Large balconies
Cons:
Bunch of loitering on front of the building. People constantly playing music, and smoking .
Advice to owner:
Prohibit loitering from people in front of the building
