Cheap Spacious (big bedrooms, high ceilings) 2 bedroom Big closets Big windows in every room Pet-friendly Close to public transportation Seriously, so cheap
Cons:
When the lock to our apartment broke, our super left us high and dry. Multiple ceilings caved in due to slow/NO response to reported leaks, and insufficient repairs made. Additionally, it would always take them a long time to come fix the ceiling up, even after the leak was eventually resolved (so we’d just have a gaping hole indefinitely) Bug infestation due to them not sending the exterminator when asked to. Mold grows everywhere. There is 0 ventilation. Which is kind of hard to wrap your head around, because: The windows are so drafty. Our AC works hard in the summer, and the radiators dont cut it in the winter. The bathroom layout is horrible. Delivery drivers can’t ever find us.
