The location being convenient to many stores and transportation
Cons:
No control over the drug addicts in the building across the street. No access to the rec room or backyard area

Cons:
The building is never clean. We have no access to the backyard for years now and we pay for that. However the super can have parties in the backyard with people who do not live in the building while the backyard is forbidden to enter by anyone. Called the office and never gave me an answer for that. The tenants are extremely rude to each other. No one ever likes to share the laundry machines. The laundry room is extremely filthy and the machines are the worst to wash in. The elevator is always filthy as well and gets broken down often. People who don’t live in the building tend to come in when someone opens the main entrance door. The front of the building is always dirty and the super or porter does not care for it at all. Front building is full of garbage, needles, and feces.Residents who invite their friends or family love to hang out in the stair cases and smoke, drink, pee and shit as if it was their own home. The staircases are always filthy and only get cleaned once a month. Smells of urine and old food pieces stay in the staircases. when residents have parties in their apartments they do not like to clean after themselves if they made a big mess in the hallways so other people step on old liquid spills. Each floor of the buildings do not get cleaned often and mainly the third floor is always dirty.
Advice to owner:
If you want to live in this building be aware of drug addicts near the area because the building in front with bright red is a center for drug addicts to live. The people who live in the building are disgusting and do not like cleaning after themselves If it is their mess.
