    Upgraded building, still needs work

    Pros:
    Finishes are nice, apartments are big and location is great.
    Cons:
    - Under construction so we have gone without heat and hot water on a number of occasions (about 4).
    - No amenities, but they keep being promised
    - Building management company is unresponsive
    Advice to owner:
    Respond and help fix issues.

    Cons:
    INEPT APPROACH TO PROBLEM RESOLUTION. POOR COMMUNICATION WITH TENANTS DURING RENOVATION. WATER PRESSURE IS HORRIBLE.

    FIX A PROBLEM RIGHT THE FIRST TIME.
