    Luxury Building But Overpriced

    Everything was clean and never had any issues with bugs or anything gross

    The front desk staff are super friendly, the location is great, and everything in the apartment is high quality. The roof deck is also lovely. The speaker system in the apartment is also a nice bonus.
    Cons:
    The heating and cooling isn't the most energy efficient, and the nest thermostats don't work very well.
    Advice to owner:
    Would be great if the nest thermostats worked!

    Pros:
    This is an incredibly well-run building. As these things go, you get what you pay for -- in 172 Montague, you will pay handsomely for your rental, but the service is amazing, the building is spotless and the building employees are incredibly responsive. Rooftop is also a major plus!
    Cons:
    The rent is quite high, but as noted above, you receive top service
