Short honeymoon but great coffee shops in the area

Pros:
Big apartment, convenient location, quiet.
Cons:
The facade is not nice, there is humidity, the odor of of next apartment feels on mine. Mold, horrible mold in the bathroom, leaks.
Advice to owner:
Honesty about the real conditions of the apartment.

Pros:
Convenient location to the R train, laundry downstairs, responsive super
Cons:
Super thin walls to the point where I can hear my neighbor's full conversations through the wall, the building shakes when there's a train or big truck going by, poorly maintained overall with cheap finishes especially in the bathroom, very loud since it's on an avenue

Getting your security deposit back takes MONTHS!

The super is nice and so are others in the building
Cons:
You don’t have control of your heat and they keep that thing cranked! I kept my window open in the dead of winter. I moved out in July and didn’t get my security deposit until January. I called them every day and left so many voicemails. I think I was just to annoying to deal with.
Advice to owner:
Clean up the back area. Get regular exterminators in there.
